If you don't feel the burn....

Oh my goodness...I had my first full workout pilates class yesterday and I'm feeling it today! My core and triceps are the worst. I've been doing so much walking and elliptical the past few months that my leg muscles are decently strong right now so they weren't as affected. But, ouch, I felt every other muscle in my body as I got out of bed this morning. It will be interesting to see how I feel for tomorrow's class.

Pilates are no joke. Are you working out at the Pilates Co-op? I was working out with Liz when I got pregnant and I miss it. The best workout! Makes you feel so strong. I won't be doing anything soon - was diagnosed last week with placenta previa. Oh well. But hang in there - that soreness is the best feeling ever!
